The Founder & Our Approach
Juan Carlos Lontoc graduated from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Computer Applications. He began working in systems development in 2000 and continues to apply these skills to this day.
His background in programming spans enterprise systems, including mainframe, client-server, and web technologies. This built a structured way of thinking focused on clear logic, defined processes, and measurable results.
Over time, this developed into a strong analytical approach. He applies the same discipline used in systems development to business operations by breaking down complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and building practical and scalable solutions.
He has experience analyzing the stock market and managing a personal investment portfolio. This helped shape his understanding of price movement, timing, and risk, as well as how capital must be managed carefully in uncertain conditions.
He continues to build on this foundation by integrating modern tools, including artificial intelligence, into both systems development and business operations to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
